Rubbers & Low-cost rubbers
Ribbed smoked sheets are used in various industries due to their variety in the requirements on cleanliness and tear strength of the sheets. The sheets are selected and smoked at a controlled timing and temperature to ensure that they are properly smoked without causing negative impact on the rubber properties. There are five major grades: RSS 1 to RSS 5.

Rubbers & Low-cost rubbers
Standard Thailand Rubber is a primary natural rubber product derived from the process of chopping, grinding, and mixing cup lump rubber, sheet rubber scraps, and other natural rubber remnants into a homogeneous mixture. This mixture is then subjected to heat treatment in a standardized rectangular mold.

Rubbers & Low-cost rubbers
Crepe rubber is produced by processing rubber scraps using a two-roll milling machine, where water is employed to clean the rubber and remove impurities during the milling process. Raw material of crepe rubber is generally of lower cost and contains a significant number of contaminants, such as skim latex, cup lump scraps, and residues from bark or soil, as well as scraps from smoked sheet production. After milling, the rubber is air-dried or dried using hot air. The final crepe rubber is relatively dark in color and is available in various forms, including Brown crepe, Flat bark crepe, Skim crepe, and Blanket crepe.

Rubbers & Low-cost rubbers
Reclaim rubber is a recycled rubber produced by depolymerization process of vulcanized rubber. It may be mixed together with various types of rubber scraps. The reclaim rubber aims to reduce production costs for various products and reduce greenhouse gas emissions for sustainability.

Rubbers & Low-cost rubbers
IR rubber is a synthetic rubber that has a chemical structure like natural rubber, resulting in properties that closely resemble those of natural rubber. It can serve as a substitute for natural rubber in the manufacture of various products. However, while its tensile strength and tear resistance are slightly lower than those of natural rubber, it provides more consistent quality.

Rubbers & Low-cost rubbers
Cup lump is obtained when fresh latex is extracted by tapping into a long cut made in a rubber tree and letting the drips pour into a plastic cup. The substance is then mixed with formic acid to coagulate the latex. The process continues for several days until the required amount is reached.
